  I've had excellent experiences with AudioNova in Mesa, AZ. I first visited in March 2024 when my Widex Beyond hearing aids that I've had for many years started having issues. Krysti scheduled me with Christina, who promoted their current attractive promotion for the Phonak Audéo Lumity L-90R, the top of the line with a huge discount and two years interest-free payments through Care Credit. Christina was very competent. She performed a hearing test and programmed my hearing profile into the new hearing aids. Unlike my previous Widex, these did not need a microphone pendant for phone calls. They were like very sophisticated ear buds! And I really like that Phonak had only ONE app for all their hearing aids. I bought into Widex many years ago and they have an app for each hearing aid model. Beyond a certain duration, they no longer updated the app for newer OS versions, so I am stuck with all these accessories I bought for it that no longer worked. I have been very impressed with my new Phonaks. However, when I ride a motorcycle taxi in Asia, they usually come off when I remove the helmet. And finally, one night, we couldn't find the right hearing aid. So, I emailed Krysti and she promptly informed me of the one-time loss protection insurance with deductible chargeable to Care Credit. She is on top of everything. She arranged everything for the replacement hearing aids and scheduled an appointment for the fitting. I was then assigned to Latona, who was new to the practice. She explained things very clearly, was very transparent and helpful. She performed a hearing test with my hearing aids on and programmed the results into my hearing aids. I went to so many places from there, visited many people, was in so many various hearing scenarios including commercial flights and musical events. The settings were great, and I created a number of programs in the app for those scenarios. I came back a month later for a follow-up consultation, hearing test, and refitting. Everything is even better now. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with AudioNova in Mesa, AZ. I highly recommend them!

  Christina is very good at what she does. She really cares if the hearing aide fits good and if you are happy. She keeps trying until things are right. It's nice to go to a company that goes the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend Christina and Connect Hearing.

  Christina and her team were terrific to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and offered thoughts & ideas on how to get the best performance from our hearing aids (and the app). My wife and I both wear HAs. We went there for our testing and yearly maintenance. Our hearing ability was better when we left than when we arrived. 😊
