  I am a patient of Nellie Samuel at Northlight Counseling and after having an appointment with her, she was supposed to call my two prescriptions into my pharmacy. She forgot. Then I called the office to let them know and she only called in one of the two prescriptions. I had to call the office twice AFTER already having an appointment which should have taken care of my issue without having to call the office twice in order to have my prescriptions filled. This office is not organized and Nellie Samuel cannot be depended upon. She doesn't even turn on her camera for virtual visits anymore.

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Rockwell for over 6 years and I’ve had nothing but great things! I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today without him and I’m a better me! He’s helped through some hard times! I read people frustrated with staff but try to remember you never know what someone else is going through!

  Terrible terrible terrible do not go here. They never even answer their phone and will bill you incorrectly.

  I have to say that the front office staff is among the rudest I have ever encountered. Sylvia to be the worse of them all. She hung up on me when I called in and has the worst attitude for a front office person. Some people have a power trip and she is definitely one of them. The only person that does not act this way is the gentleman that sets up th appointments. He is very professional and sincere. We are on a waiting list for another place and will be moving to a new person solely based on how extremely unhelpful and rude the office staff is. I hope that their is someone who actually monitors these reviews, because you could use some major improvement here.

  This office is amazing; the front office staff are always super nice and accommodating at getting me checked in or handling any other questions that I have. Have been seeing Bobbi Vogelsang now for several months, what an incredible person to help me navigate the challenges that this year has brought my way. I could not have imagined a better person and am so happy that I made the decision to seek help here.
