Dr. Brice and his assistant made me feel comfortable during the procedure and answered all my questions.

Today I had an appointment with my physician’s assistant, and for the first time in a long time I left feeling hopeful. Anyone who has dealt with severe muscle spasms, pain, and numbness from radiculopathy knows how exhausting and discouraging it can be. What meant the most today was having a provider who was truly open to trying different modalities and approaches to figure out what will actually work for my body, instead of just accepting that this level of pain is something I have to live with. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, and was willing to explore multiple options to get to the root of the problem and find the right treatment plan. That kind of care makes all the difference. For the first time in a while, I feel like there’s a real path forward and that a solution can be found so I’m not stuck suffering with this level of pain. Grateful for providers who take the time to listen and are committed to helping their patients get their lives back. 🙏

DSSP was helpful, then became condescending & dismissive of symptoms once my insurance changed to AHCCCS & I filed for disability. Doctors will do anything to not admit someone is disabled; they act like they will have to pay my disability. I've worked for 41 years. That's when the gaslighting began. NP said damage to my back wasn't severe, MRI report said it was. Then Dr. said sciatica runs across the front of legs, Mayo Clinic website says otherwise. They also treat you like a drug addict for asking for pain relief, even though I take no pain medicine & DSSP is listed as a 'pain clinic.'
