  My fiance Sam had to have special accommodations for his procedure and Dr Allen and his team went above and beyond to ensure his needs were met. I cannot express enough how much that meant to the both of us. I cannot put into words the gratitude we both feel and I would definitely recommend Dr Trevor Allen and his whole team.

  The staff and Dr. Allen were very friendly and professional. It was good to know that the reason for my dentist's referral to AZ Max Surgeons was a non-issue.

  I have been here for 2 procedures and the pre-exam and post-exams that accompanied my procedures. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Allen is wonderful! They go out of their way to insure that I am comfortable and not stressed:)

  Not only was the front staff pleasant but the entire visit from start to finish was awesome. No one enjoys going to have any dental work done & I was worried about the cost of the implant that I needed. Dr Allen was very thorough on explaining the procedure & Juliette was so helpful & now I’m scheduled to get it done. Thank you for the great experience. Would highly recommend.

  Both of my teens had their wisdom teeth extractions here, and the experience was outstanding both times. From scheduling to the procedure itself, the entire team was attentive, professional, and communicative every step of the way. They took the time to answer questions, ease concerns, and ensure my kids felt comfortable and well cared for. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and reassuring. Highly recommend!
