  ArchWell is such a pleasant place, everyone at the front desk’s are so nice and helpful. Doctor Fuller and Deanna are the best!! Always eager to take the time to listen and give good sound advice. 💕

  I had a very unpleasant first visit with my new primary care physician on March 20th, 2026, at the facility located at 4315 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ, 85140. During our meeting, I shared my medical history and current symptoms. When I requested a refill for two medications, the doctor was dismissive, especially regarding my pain medication. She explicitly stated, "even if you tell [me] about refilling the prescription for the next one hour i will not change my decision." I attempted to explain that I use this medication for severe lower back and arthritis pain flares, in conjunction with other prescribed treatments. Her attitude and comment was very condescending and judgmental.As a patient i feel betrayed and fearful of the kind of care, assessment and decision she would make on my health and treatment.

  The doctor was running a little late, but she takes all the time in the world for my concerns. That's very important to me personally!

  This is a very comfortable place. It’s clean and everyone is very friendly. I love Dr Soko she always makes me feel like she has my best interest at heart. Never hurry’s me and answers all my questions.
