The AFA Balance & Hearing Institute was made possible by a generous start-up donation from the Audiology Foundation of America (AFA) and other supporting partners. Unlike most private practice or retail franchises, the AFA facility is part of a university teaching institution, the Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University. The AFA Institute offers a full range of hearing and balance care for patients of all ages, our services include but are not limited to Hearing evaluation, hearing aids, ringing in the ear, (tinnitus) evaluation and treatment, balance & dizziness evaluation.
