  This location has to be one of the most dishonest.. disrespectful, pharmacy ive had the experience with. My recommendation: The Main CEO should to be training district managers / manager on how to better " -train employees in accordance with company and state regulations the correct and formal way". Fry's does not take the initiative to lesson, nor be in consideration as to other's health and or medications that are needed. Let alone take full responsibility - ( even if thats frys putting other's at risks of more health accruing issues when not being providing the medications that are needed and requested at the time and day stated. - ( some like myself, rely on those medications on a daily basis, if a day or two is missed without the medications, it can have an impact on the health / body) Moreso when being assured that the medications would be avaliable with no issues, while being told the coostomer would be notified when the process was completed, to yet again the same pattern of behavior of not taking in full concentration of the coustomer's needs, by not being provided the proper information when completed and or if an issue arose.

  My prescriptions are never ready when I receive a text message that they are ready: I tried calling and they just kept me on hold without any communication. I have never encountered a pharmacy so “busy” and unable to communicate properly

  As the growth of the town has impacted the pharmacy I think they handle it pretty well. Always have great service at Frys pharmacy

  So frustrating. They are always out of my medicine and they always have to wait to fill it.
