- SSShane “S Squared” Stevens3 days ago1.0I haven't my meds since Monday the 17th which is when it was sent in (today's Friday). Tried to be patient but the automated system still said in progress on Friday the 21st with no progress so I called in.....still not ready. No understanding no empathy at all they honestly argue with you to make you feel like you did something wrong. I see tons of people with more serious illness than me going without their meds and honestly it should be illegal the way they handle medications.
