    I’ve been using this Fry’s pharmacy location since Dec 19, 2024 and have never had an issue with getting my medications filled or refilled in a timely manner. I on two medications that my previous pharmacy frequently had difficulty obtaining and the same pharmacy was often so busy that new prescriptions (antibiotics especially) would not be filled until the next day, which is unacceptable for someone going through Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy which thankfully has now been completed. Last week my oncologist called in an antibiotic ~ 45-50 minutes before closing and the pharmacy had it filled and ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes after order received. Around 3 months ago when I had antibiotics ordered the pharmacy had them ready in 30 minutes. The staff members are always friendly, courteous and respectful. I always receive status updates etc via text messages. I use the pharmacy app to check on my prescription progress and to pay before pickup. I used the same pharmacy for decades, but changed to another pharmacy, because the location that I used continually failed to meet the standard of care that I expect and am accustomed to receiving. The other pharmacy's location which my insurance prefers is extremely busy and was often out of medications. Needless to say I am thrilled with Fry’s pharmacy. I started using them when Restasis eye drops were ordered. Fry’s had them in stock, my other pharmacy needed to order them and could not give me a time frame. I transferred all my prescriptions to Fry’s, but one and that’s because of insurance requirements.

    This pharmacy does NOT have any structure and can’t even been honest when they make a mistake! This has nothing to do with being busy… this is lack of organization. Be honest and say, “we FORGOT to fill your prescription when the shipment arrived 2 days ago.” Even though they called me twice to make sure I was okay waiting 3 days for the delivery of the medication which will arrive on Monday. It is now 2 days later, and I pay for a uber to go pick up the prescription and they said, “oh we are running behind and it won’t be ready until tonight.” It is a CASH pay prescription for my DOG that he needs for his heart failure. I walked into the pharmacy 6 days ago with a hard paper prescription, and the medication arrived to your store 2 days ago. This is a clear case of there NOT having proper processes in place to make sure prescriptions get filled once shipment arrives. And if someone would have just been honest, I wouldn’t be so upset. In profession, I work closely with pharmacy services for years so I know how it is supposed to be ran and I hate being lied to. Please put a process in place to ensure prescriptions are FILLED after you receive the shipment! And if you can’t do that, then tell your customers to call and remind you that it needs to be filled. Do NOT lie to your customers. We are all human and understand mistakes happen, but honesty is always appreciated over excuses! And when I called to try and handle this with the pharmacy before leaving this review, I was confronted with lies, excuses, and passive aggressive tone by the young lady on the phone. Just be honest and pretend to care that you are even interested in feedback to improve this process so it doesn’t happen to others.

    I had a good experience each time. I can always get ahold of someone during business hours. If I have questions they answer them.All the staff has been very kind, respectful, professional and courteous. I usually feel like a fool, if I don’t understand something,and there they didn’t make me feel dumb or uncomfortable about asking. It was a pleasant experience each time.
