- YAYesica AcostaFeb 23, 20261.0This occurred on February 23, 2026. I booked my appointment online for 10:30 AM and received a check-in code. I left my house at 10:00 AM and arrived at the clinic at 10:20 AM. I checked in using the code provided and also informed Tracy at the front desk that I had already checked in. I asked if she needed my ID and insurance card, but she ignored me. I sat down in the waiting area. Around 11:00 AM, a gentleman walked in and stated he wasn’t feeling well and wanted to be seen. Shortly after, he was taken back before me — even though my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. By 11:20 AM, I was still waiting. When I approached the front desk to ask why I had not been called, Tracy then asked for my ID and insurance card and responded with an attitude. She stated that the gentleman had a 9:45 AM appointment. However, it was already 11:20 AM at that point, and I had been there checked in since 10:20 AM. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing. If there was an issue with my check-in or paperwork, that should have been addressed when I arrived — not after I had been waiting nearly an hour past my appointment time. I understand delays can happen, but patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment.

- SSSheri SpirekDec 16, 20253.0Previously used this location and the NP was amazing. I arrived with sinus congestion, sore throat and earache. Asked if I would take Covid test. I said no. Took me back for vitals. The assistant went to get Silvia, returned and stated she required a Covid test to be seen, which I declined. They refunded my visit. I see Silvia has filled out my visit summary stating she came into the room and found I had left. I left because you refused to see me without the Covid test. You are lying on paperwork. You REFUSED service. Not impressed. I went to CVS and was treated for sinus and ear infection.

Sign says walk-ins if available (cant even check that with no one up at front counter). Now i know why this.place has a awesome 2.5 stars.
