Their hygienist at Gentle Dental Laveen told me I needed scaling, root planning, laser treatments and various other treatments and take home products after briefly looking at my teeth. I became suspicious of this because I had been to the dentist six months beforehand and everything was fine. I also take good care of my teeth. I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. It turns out all I needed was a regular cleaning. Also their xray tech is inexperienced and had a lot of difficulty with the X-rays. Be careful with this place.

After being in business this long, youd think this office would be able to provide accurate estimates based upon insurance coverages. I also witnessed another customer complain about the same thing. He asked why do I always get these surprise charged.
