Most inadequately operated pharmacy in Kingman, Az. Twice, informed me that a prescription was being prepared, come back in one hour(their canned statement). First time I went back in one hour, told the prescription wasnt, come back in one hour. 2nd time a prescription that had been in for awhile, was told it wasn't ready, come back in an hour. In exactly one hour I went back , was told I couldn't get the prescription until after 2pm because of a lunch break. they Treat people treat like you owe them a living rather than they are paid employees serving the public. The manager should be replaced. I'm switching.

The clerk offers the highest price on a prescription, without even checking to see if there's a discount through insurance for goodrx. Please make sure when you pick up your prescription that you asked for a discounted price, otherwise, they won't quote you the discounted price!

The waiting time is exhausting, standing in line for even 30 minutes. They are understaffed always and the space where you have to wait before arriving to the window is small, disorganized, and filled with merchandise and boxes in the way. They should really reconstruct the pharmacy area and put chairs for people standing for so long.

I recently had to leave the pharmacy because I had a very negative rude encounter picking up my medication. I waited in line thinking both my medications would be filled that day come to find out only one could be done. I asked the lady why and if I could stay in the store to see if I could have both completed she said rudely I can't guarantee it proceeded to take my meds throw it in the bag and gave me a rude glance and was extermly short with me. On another occasion the person at the desk helping me had confusion on if my medication was a tablet or liquid. I'm sorry to have given this 2 stars your department is lacking I'm taking my health concerns and refills elsewhere.

I am treated like family. They answer the phone and talk like they are happy to help! Won’t go anywhere else unless I have to!
