However, when they put a crown on one of my teeth, they had to file the one next to it and in doing so they chipped it. The chip was bad enough that it made the tooth extremely sensitive so it needed to be fixed. I do not think I should have been charged to have it fixed since it was an issue they caused, but when I brought that up my concerns were disregarded and they still charged me. I'm cash pay, so it's even more of an issue. Other than that though, they have been great. Just wish they would take responsibility for the damage they caused

Just not the friendly reception that I experienced when I called 6 months ago. Although, I didn’t have dental insurance back then, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, so I was so looking forward to becoming established with Jennings and Larson, however, not now. Unfortunately, my family and I will have to go elsewhere.

The dentist is also excellent. He gives you solutions and discusses what can be done. His work is also excellent and he isn't afraid to try everything he can to make sure you are satisfied.
