Even when you call in and request your refills by the next day, they ignore it and just expect you to wait 7-9 days!!!! My Dr has faxed my refills over multiple times and they claim the aren’t getting them but I’ve been provided proof that the fax went through ! They have 1 woman who is a bit older who always puts my birthday in wrong even though I’m making sure I’m saying it slow and clear! Just exhausting that they are so behind and chaotic. And seriously understaffed

We went to the ER at 1AM and I didn't get notice of them finishing the order until nearly 8PM. Not to mention the automated phone system takes you in circles when trying to talk to a real person. I'm going to be transferring our prescriptions as soon as possible.

This has happened every month for the last year, wife gets her doctor appointment and script sent to smiths 1 week before it's due. No call from smiths, call to see if it's ready, smiths says we don't have it in stock but will order it. It's now 3 days my wife has not had her meds and is in a bad way and cant get out of bed even. If you got the script 1 week ago why did you not order the meds until we called? Terrible terrible terrible pharmacy
