I phoned this morning to determine a time and the pharmacist on duty, Jessica Schroeder, informed me that she was working alone today and she just couldn't get to it. I explained a shelter lack of transportation sitiuation and that I had been waiting four days. She was abrupt and no way concerned. I respect being short handed but I think she and the pharmacy could have handled the situation much better. Why not prep it the day before? Why so rude? Terrible service.
