One individual who was part of the team, Dalia, was with us when Mom passed away. Her care for Mary that day was incredible. The one thing that stood out for me was how Dalia was part of our family and how she helped us make Mom comfortable and peaceful right up to the end. Her compassion and empathy for Mom, Dad and me was very comforting during a very difficult process.
