- RRREECEMar 25, 20261.0I’m honestly frustrated with this Fry’s Pharmacy location. They claim to open at 8 AM, but they are never actually open on time. Customers end up waiting outside the window for 10+ minutes with no communication at all. What makes it worse is that they’ll eventually tell you to come inside.....after you’ve already been there waiting. There’s never a sign posted explaining delays or short staffing, so you’re just left guessing. At this point, why advertise 8 AM hours if the pharmacy consistently isn’t ready or staffed to open on time? It’s really inconvenient, especially for people who plan their mornings around picking up prescriptions. Clear communication and consistency would go a long way here.
- KAKate ArltMar 25, 20261.0Become the worst pharmacy in Arizona. They have a supply issue. Their staff is rude and un attentive. The pharmacist seems annoyed that you’re asking her questions. It’s an older Caucasian lady. And the entire location is always a busy place to go because it’s traffic and road construction so I would say avoid here.

It doesn't matter if your prescription was put in a day or a week in advance, they will never get it ready until you are there to pick it up then you will have to wait 30 or more minutes every time and the wait in the 30 minutes line a second time. Get the darn prescriptions ready!!!

Due to holiday I cut some slack, but when I call today they can't find it, they find and old rx (even though I stated 3 times the dosing, dates rx sent in and directions) she still tries to run an rx that insurance won't cover. Again I tell her date and dosing she states she can't do more than 1 thing at a time. I finally tell her I will come to pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist. On the way there the rx is FOUND and will be filled today. I mean this is ppls lives u r dealing with, pls pls pls DO BETTER. luckily I am moving soon so this will be my last dealing with them.
