I went to the store to check on whether or not I needed new arches. The salespeople were great, not pushy. I received new arches and also purchased a second pair since they were on sale.

Upon recommendation by a relative I visited the Goodfeet Store where Patricia Veil had been a gracious associate, providing much information and assistance throughout the process of selecting and purchasing proper insoles. Her performance was top notch and highly recommended to any future customers!

I went in the other day. After hearing the sales pitch, she came out with the pricing book. I was $2400 dollars for 3 sets of inserts! I know that it came with a lifetime guarantee, but $2400 bucks!!?? Igot up and said there's no way I'm spending $2400 bucks for 3 sets of inserts. Her comment to me was, "I guess your feet don't hurt that much"
I was floored by her comment. I did look at the main Good Feet store website and it said inserts were like 300 to 500 each.
I'll have to find another place to shop.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do The Good Feet Store's arch supports differ from regular shoe inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief, unlike typical online or drugstore insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, arch supports stabilize the foot itself, often minimizing or alleviating pain caused by common foot-related problems even if the shoes are good.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them at The Good Feet Store?
Yes, customers aged 6 and older can take home their arch supports immediately after fitting, as the store stocks a full inventory.
How can I get a free fitting at The Good Feet Store?
Simply visit your local Good Feet Store for a free fitting; no appointment is necessary, though you may schedule one if preferred.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
