I tried to be patient since they seemed busy, but then I noticed they squeezed in a family of three ahead of me, which was frustrating. The doctor is great, but that’s about the only good part of the experience. My husband has ordered glasses before and they never call him when they’re ready. He’s always the one who has to follow up, and it has taken over a month at times. On top of that, the sales pressure is a lot. They push products even after we’ve said no multiple times. It just feels like they’re more focused on selling than on taking care of their patients.
