However, they don't have the most complete selection of free weights. I do believe this is due to the No Judgement motto this company has. You are limited in amenities such as a Sauna, Pool and other Gym options you would get at LA Fitness, EOS or Lifetime Fitness. The hours are a little weird due to 24/5 vs 24/7 Something to get used to.
