  I think kedplasma is the best plasma donation center anywhere in Phoenix! The staff is always helpful, and they dont leave you alone too long, they constantly talk to everyone and keep everyone's motivations up. I never feel like I'm just a number on the floor for them! Great job guys!!

  Staff was nice, place was clean. No rough smells which is surprising for a donation clinic. Will go again

  Ive been coming to this center for 4 years. The staff is amazing and I don't see myself donating anywhere else. There have been alot of changes since KED took over but the staff has remained amazing.

  Very bad management Amber and AK treated me as if I was not human and the way Amber talked to me was very disrespectful Patrick just treated me with disrespect because the center does not have audio I need to speak with the owner of this company please my human rights are being violated from ak amber and Patrick they are playing God and making decisions based off each others personal emotions do not go to this place I was told my conversation was pointless and Patrick told me to figure it out and hung up on me please if you know how to contact corporate or the owner let me know
