  My 93 yr old Dad was in an accident, then rehab, then surgery, another rehab, another surgery for a total of 7 weeks. Rehab was a huge disappointment and he was continuing to lose weight and get weaker. After the last hospital stay we contacted Blair and she worked above and beyond, through the holiday to help provide answers to all our questions. KeAvae met us at the hospital to evaluate Dad and get an idea on which caregivers would be a great fit. Her recommendation on caregivers was spot on. Dad loves to tease and these ladies were great. Simone, Jaqueline and Corina were all amazing with my dad and very helpful with family members like me who called to check on him often. Dad needed assistance with everything when he got home and is now graduating to living independently again. If you or your loved one requires assistance I would highly recommend the Goodyear Home Instead office to help with your needs. I wish I could give them 10 Stars.

  When my husband first came home after three months in the hospital, skilled nursing and rehab and he could not walk, eat or get into bed by himself so Home Instead Goodyear Office helped me every step of the way. Graciously worked with me on a schedule. Plus, our Caregiver Shawn Parnell was always on time, helped every step of the way with such a positive attitude! Now 3 months later he is able to walk with a walker and many other daily activities himself. Thanks, Home Instead!

  The entire Goodyear Home Instead management team has been amazingly responsive in putting multiple plans in place to support my sister during her bone marrow transplant at home recovery period. My sister's day time caregiver, Ann, has been instrumental in helping my sister with her recovery goals. Ann is always on time and makes sure my sister is safely transported to her many medical appointments, she is keeping my sister organized and fed, and is attentive to all her complex medical issues. She has made it possible for me to continue my life and travels, and I feel comfortable and assured that my sister is being supported by a fabulous team at Goodyear Home Instead.
