  It is very frustrating to have a medication sent 5 days ago and still not filled. Due to holiday I cut some slack, but when I call today they can't find it, they find and old rx (even though I stated 3 times the dosing, dates rx sent in and directions) she still tries to run an rx that insurance won't cover. Again I tell her date and dosing she states she can't do more than 1 thing at a time. I finally tell her I will come to pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist. On the way there the rx is FOUND and will be filled today. I mean this is ppls lives u r dealing with, pls pls pls DO BETTER. luckily I am moving soon so this will be my last dealing with them.

  I feel bad for the Pharmacy staff and pharmacists that are there as they are very shortstaffed. However, being three days behind on all prescriptions can cause significant health implications For medical patients. Also having to wait to talk to somebody even though you've already done the online phone process for your prescription to never Receive a message, zero communication and no prescription being ready is astounding. I have been Using this Pharmacy for about 12 years because it's closest to my house, but the last three or four years has been terrible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone that Is on a reoccurring medication and has a recurring prescription as it will never be ready on time. There is also a lot of misinformation that is given to customers about their prescriptions due to Not enough staff nor training. If you need your prescription in a timely manner and don't want to fuss every month With your pharmacy, I suggest you go elsewhere.

  I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. Person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and said it would be ready in 30 mins. Fifteen mins later I get a text saying it’s ready. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate being able to talk to an actual human in the pharmacy and that they CARED enough and helped me get the medication I desperately needed. They were also awesome when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency and I will go here again if I ever need another prescription. Thank you staff!
