  If you need glasses go to Lenscrafters in Peoria, AZ. After 10 months I realized that I didn't like the grey sunlight transition lenes. While working in the yard they fell and the lenses & frames scratched. I have the protection plan so I went in to the Surprise, AZ store to get them replaced knowing I would have to pay the $50 copay. I asked and the lady behind the counter refused to remove the grey transition part. she said they had to be exactly the same. I said forget it as I am not putting another $50 to an already $750 pair of glasses and I left. I decided to call LenCrafters customer service and the lady on the phone said that absolutely they should be able to remove a feature about the glasses, but I just could not add something. She advised me to call another store as she could only process online orders. I the called the LensCrafters outside Arrowhead mall in Peoria and spoke with Austin. He also advised that yeah they can remove things usually, but just can't add and he just needed to get manager approval. After a short moment on hold, he came back on and processed my new replacement glasses without the grey transition part. Said again it is no problem and did it over the phone. So to all of you, do yourself a favor and get your glasses from LensCrafters, but stay away from the Surprise, AZ location. They just take your money at first but then refuse to help you as again I just wanted to remove a feature. The replacement lenses would actually be cheaper for them to make without the grey transition part. They make no sense other than they just didn't want to help!

  Darren was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He let me know that there was a great discount promotion going on, so I was able to pick several pairs of glasses for a very good price. He explained all the different lens types and answered all of my questions. I wasn't rushed or pressured and was free to shop around the store in my own time. This store offered a large selection of designer glasses.

  Dina was so professional, personable and really knew the stock. I was able to get my new glasses ordered and paid for in record time and she included all the discounts available and insurance discount to very affordable cost. 2 nd time I’ve come here for new glasses and after today don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. They were plenty of staff to quickly attend to all customers!

  I came in today for prescription sunglasses. Austin was wonderful. He told me about the spring sale and showed me where to begin looking for frames. He was friendly and helpful. I was able to take my time trying on frames. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was such an easy experience. I am pleased with my purchase and cannot wait for my new glasses to arrive in 7-10 days.

Fui tratada con respeto, cordialidad, paciencia sugiriendo el camino más apropiado sin elevar los costos en 3 diferentes gafas siendo prudentes en estas fechas de alta economía ya que no fue superior a $760.00 Muchísimas gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa.
