  I took my son in looking for protein powder to help him gain weight. He's not one for thick texture so talking to the guy working, my son picked one but I was hesitant to spend $60 on a giant bag but we were told, if he doesn't like it, bring it back for a refund. So I bought it and didnt get a receipt because the system was acting up but they can look up the purchase with phone number. The scoops were HUGE and he needs 6 in 1 day. He started with 1 scoop that serving, barely got it all down. He tried for 3 days to do it and just couldn't. Life happens and couldn't take it back. I finally was able to take the bag back just to find out the freaking return policy is prorated. Never mentioned when I purchased. So I got $18 back on a $60 purchas that not even 1 full serving was used. So no, GNC does not have a return policy if you dont like it. They have a we will charge you everyday you have it even if you cant return asap policy.

  When I entered the store, I was immediately told I needed to leave because the cashier was on a phone call. Why have hours posted if you cannot sell items?

  the guy working tonight was BUNS. we walked in asking for a non-stim pre workout and he didn’t bother helping us. definitely treated us as if we were an inconvenience to him and said he couldn’t sell us anything because he “had to make a call”. i didn’t know a phone call had priority over making a sale but okay!

  Ryan assisted me today and his customer service skills went above and beyond. He was kind and very helpful, he was willing to dig threw boxes (as the order just came in) just to find the supplement i was looking for. If you can model his exemplary skills in other stores you will for surely have amazing employees!
