  3/19/2026 approximately 2:30PM. I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy staff at this location. I was referred here from another Fry’s pharmacy to pick up needles for my prescribed specialty medication. At other Fry’s locations, I have been able to obtain these without issue or a prescription, but that location was out of stock and directed me here. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technicians treated me in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I was made to feel judged and stigmatized, as though I were seeking something inappropriate, rather than being treated as a patient simply trying to manage my health. This kind of treatment is unacceptable—especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel respected and supported. What was equally concerning was that the pharmacist witnessed the interaction but did not step in to assist or de-escalate the situation. That lack of intervention only added to the discomfort and frustration of the experience. I also felt that I was treated differently based on my race, which made the situation even more troubling. No patient should ever feel discriminated against when seeking care. I strongly encourage management to review this incident and address the behavior of the staff at this location to ensure that other patients are not treated in a similar manner. SARAB needs fired immediately! I also recorded the entire encounter on my Meta glasses for proof and security purposes.

  I called for my mom just a couple minutes ago Thank you so much for the excellent service. The pharmacy was very fast and professional. From the first call, a pharmacy assistant named John helped me right away and was very cooperative. He confirmed everything and the medication was prepared quickly without any delay. I would also like to thank the pharmacist for preparing the medication promptly and with great care. There was a big difference compared to another pharmacy that was not helpful and refused to dispense the medication. I truly appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you, and I wish you and your families all the best.

  Super rude, staff are always in a bad mood. They always have an attitude, they never call you when meds are ready, or even if there is an issue with with the proscription they won't call you either.. it's always something at this pharmacy..
