  My first visit went extremely well, Dr.Tiffany Harris is very professional and knows her profession extremely well and I strongly recommend her and her staff. Treated me with respect and professionalism.,exactly what I was hoping for. The pain in my lower back and upper neck was horrible and got instant relief I will continue seeing her as I am on the right path and have faith in her technique. 🙏

  I was struggling terribly with severe Brachioradial Pruritus (BRP) for a long time. The intense itching and burning in my arms was unbearable—I couldn’t sleep through the night, and I couldn’t even go out in the sun without it flaring up horribly. It felt like my skin was on fire, and it was truly awful. I’d tried everything I could think of to get rid of it: creams, medications, home remedies—you name it. I was also working closely with my regular physician to try to figure out the root cause, but nothing was helping. In desperation, I decided to try First Choice Chiropractic and see Dr. Tiffany Harris as a last-ditch “Hail Mary” effort. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I learned that BRP is often tied to irritation or compression of nerves in the cervical spine (neck area), rather than just a skin issue. Dr. Harris focused on that underlying problem with gentle adjustments to relieve pressure on those nerves and improve alignment—addressing the root cause instead of just masking symptoms. After just a few appointments, the itching completely stopped. It was incredible—I finally got some real relief (and sleep)! I purposely waited to write this review to make sure the results lasted and to put some real time between the worst of the symptoms and how I feel now. It’s been about 9 months since I started treatment, and I still see Dr. Harris about once every 1-2 weeks for maintenance. I’m happy to report that I’m still completely itch-free! No flares, no misery, nothing. Dr. Harris gave me my life back. I can sleep, enjoy the outdoors in the sun, and just feel normal again. She’s knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in helping her patients find lasting solutions. If you’re dealing with chronic issues like BRP (or anything else that traditional approaches haven’t fixed), I can’t recommend her and First Choice Chiropractic highly enough. Thank you, Dr. Harris—you’re amazing! Highly recommend—go see her!
