- CWCarol WilsonAug 13, 20251.0Went in a the guy at the 67th and Bell location did not have anyone one there and yet seemed irritated that my daughter and I were there. He was rude and not helpful at all. He mumbled something and motioned to the kiosk and then walked into the empty exam room and sat down while we struggled with the kiosk that was giving us trouble. We decided to leave and go to another minute Clinic where they asked what was wrong and decided they could not or would not help us. We explained that my daughter had a sore behind her ear and was dizzy, they turned us away. What a useless clinic this is. Don’t bother with these people they clearly are not there to help people.

He was very honest with self pay pricing and made sure we got what she needed and nothing more. Would recommend for quick exams and in a pinch situations.

I was trying to see someone about a sinus infection because I’m leaving on Saturday to see family having surgery in Virginia. It was 1:00 pm and no one was there. I was told to come back at 2:30 because they were going to lunch. I was on my way home because I didn’t feel well and this was a convenient urgent care.... I lived 30 to 40 minutes west. I told them I couldn’t come back, that I had been there before. The PA told me I could probably find someplace else to go. When you don’t feel well you just want to go home and rest. Please put on the website when they go to lunch. I just couldn’t believe no one was there but they couldn’t take me so they could have lunch.
