He said the prescription for his glasses was lower than what he had before even then they checked his glasses before the exam. I got new glasses earlier this year. I told the front desk agent they did not feel right when I first put them on. I felt like I was on a boat. She told me to try them out for a bit people usually adjust but to come back if there still was a problem. (Gave me no time line or date to return). I wore them for a few months and really tried to make them work but they still felt off and I was getting headaches. My work schedule prevented me from going back for a while, but when I did they told me after 90 days they can’t do anything and I would need a new exam. I won’t spend another $300 or more for new glasses. We will now find a new place to get glasses.
