  I’ve been a fan of Pure Barre for over 10 years—nothing else compares. Even after taking a break for shoulder surgery, I saw results again in just a few classes. It’s hands down the best workout. I leave every class feeling great, with better posture and a boost in confidence!

  Updating 9/24/25 since I got a response which I can also post the screen shots of the fact you guys do not thoroughly explain anything you guys make it seem like the membership is the best way to go, will not work with anyone, and then try to push cancellation out. I was RECENTLY told I had to have a written notice when I’m assuming you tried to email me back finally after months. Lea was the only one who attempted to help but you guys also don’t equip people at the front so I don’t blame her. You guys are just poor at responding and then blame the customer. Clearly. I haven’t been there in months. This should have been resolved quietly but instead I’m met with no understanding and childishness. I will update with screen shots next because you just got on here LYING knowing they didn’t even help me sign up actually they helped me sign up for a WEEK membership at one point not this stuff yall are charging $300 for . :) Enjoyed the instructors, Cassandra was a rockstar. Membership wise? I wouldn’t recommend this at all pay for your classes individually because you’ll basically be in an apartment lease having to give thirty days notice and be charged monthly if you don’t want to continue or if you’re going through any hardships, don’t expect anyone there in billing or sales to care they’ll just tell you they can take your payment in order to start the cancellation process with a WRITTEN email to cancel OR sit there and be charged as if you’re leasing a room from them monthly to no end. Sucks because I enjoyed these classes and I felt it was a positive step but not if it’s being ran like this. Everyone isn’t a trustee and can be blindly charged monthly as if you’re late on rent. Without being able to even attend at that. Was avoiding a review for the longest time.

  Truly a life changing experience for me as someone who suffers from going to a gym and working out. I feel stronger and better. Very happy I pushed myself to join Barre. I highly recommend if you are wanting to begin working out.
