They heard my concerns and desired needs and proceeded with checking my teeth entirely to see what was going on as of today. They were very informative and clearly explaining what they saw and what needs to be done to maintain a healthy mouth and prevent a decline in health on gums and teeth. They were able to clearly work out schedule for appointments to get started on treatments for better smiles and cleaning. I would say they are every bit of 5 stars and direct others to them if you are not feeling a piece of mind with other dental offices. I am glad that I went to them hands down.

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel safe and comfortable. Sandra at the front desk is incredibly warm and kind—she instantly puts you at ease. Dr. Cook is amazing. She’s bilingual, and has an excellent bedside manner. I usually feel a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist, but for the first time, I felt calm and supported. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I even drove from LA just to come here, and it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Cook and New Image Dentistry. 💯
