  Tomo muy en cuenta los comentarios que sugieren si encontrarás un buen o mal servicio, realmente hoy 02•24•2026 puedo decir lo contrario e tenido una experiencia increíble desde la Recepción, la Asistente, el Oftalmologo Jeffrey Smith y el especialista en sugerirte cuales son tus alternativas en gafas, que casualmente es el Manager de esta sucursal John Valencia. Fui tratada con respeto, cordialidad, paciencia sugiriendo el camino más apropiado sin elevar los costos en 3 diferentes gafas siendo prudentes en estas fechas de alta economía ya que no fue superior a $760.00 Muchísimas gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa. Señores visiten LensCrafters cumple con los estándares de profesionalismo, calidad y un EXCELENTE SERVICIO mis 5 estrellas se multiplican

  Excessive Pricing That Defies Market Logic: ​I recently visited LensCrafters with the intent to purchase new eyewear. While the service was polite and the store environment was pleasant, I ultimately chose to walk out and take my business elsewhere due to a stark lack of value in their pricing structure. ​To be clear, my decision was not a matter of budget or affordability; rather, it was a matter of principle and economic value. The quotes provided for lenses were significantly higher than what is standard for high-end optics. Even when accounting for "premium" branding, the price-to-quality ratio was simply indefensible. ​As a consumer who is happy to pay for quality when it is justified, I found the markups here to be bordering on the irrational. There is a point where a premium price tag stops representing quality and begins to represent a poor investment. ​I ended up leaving and found the exact same specifications and quality elsewhere for a far more reasonable price. I value my time and my capital too much to spend it on a service that offers such diminishing returns.

  This place is horrible. The staff does not care about how long you’re sitting there waiting. I dropped my girlfriend off to get a pair of contacts and they’ve had her sitting here for three hours waiting to get her eyes dilated. I’ve seen numerous people walk in and out before she has even been serviced. She had an appointment for 230. It is now 5 o’clock and she’s still sitting there. I would avoid this place at all cost. The staff is horrible and they don’t care about you. I would give it zero out of five stars if I could they need to close this location.

  I paid over $1000.00 for 2 pair of glasses and I paid for protection for replacement if damaged. When I walked into this location and checked with the people working here about my coverage I was told that all I needed was a little bit of peace of the glasses so that they have something for whatever they do with it. Because my glasses were damaged beyond all sorts of recognition. I took her for her work and brought in a piece of it and my replacement glass is sitting right there on the counter. They told me that it was unidentifiable piece and that they weren't going to give me my glasses. What did I pay for protection if they're not going to follow through and replace my glasses? So for store 675 on Bell road is the place to go if you want rude, lying and completely disappointing service this. This is the place I cannot believe that I pay for premium glasses and the protection and I bring in what they asked me to bring in and they don't want to give me the glasses that are already on the counter. Completely amazing. And this post can be and should be taken as a letter of protect all evidence pending a possible litigation. I am a disabled veteran. 100% service connected permanent and total and my caregiver gets turned away because they say they can't identify the peace. Why does it matter? They only asked for a piece any piece. I told them it was completely destroyed beyond all recognition.
