  the guy working tonight was BUNS. we walked in asking for a non-stim pre workout and he didn’t bother helping us. definitely treated us as if we were an inconvenience to him and said he couldn’t sell us anything because he “had to make a call”. i didn’t know a phone call had priority over making a sale but okay!

  Ryan assisted me today and his customer service skills went above and beyond. He was kind and very helpful, he was willing to dig threw boxes (as the order just came in) just to find the supplement i was looking for. If you can model his exemplary skills in other stores you will for surely have amazing employees!

  It’s 11:15 and I’m standing in front of the store. It’s closed. Sign says it opens at 10:00. Ridiculous. They already have inconvenient hours and now this. Find another store. Don’t waste your time coming here.

  Closed at 3pm on a Sunday (12/10) even though the posted hours say they're open until 6pm. There's no additional signage indicating a closure, and I've been waiting over 15 minutes.
