    I have tried three times to pick up my scripts and they act like they are God himself!!! Worst Pharmacy I have ever seen! I won’t go back, I still don’t have my meds and I will wait the weekend with none and call my Dr on Monday and have him move my script before I go back!!!!’ I will never shop at Frys again due to this pharmacy! Stay clear

    The Fry's Pharmacy at 59th Ave and Bell Road went from best to absolute worst. I was calling in prescriptions on Monday. She said they would TRY TO GET THEM BY SATURDAY!! How can they consider five days to be acceptable? There were several that I am totally out of. She will TRY to get them by tomorrow, but NO GUARANTEES!! She acted like being a week behind on filling prescriptions was no big deal. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to Walmart.

    Go somewhere else with your prescription. Placed on hold for over 30 minutes for ONE question about my medication. The only person to answer didnt know ANYTHING and placed me on another hold to speak to a pharmacist. IF YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT DRUGS OR CANT ANSWER QUESTIONS, WHY WORK AT A PHARMACY?!

    I just called Frys and spoke with Jacqueline in the Pharmacy. What great customer service. I explained that I've been out of my BP medication for the past 5 days - she explained that I could pick up my prescription in 30 minutes! Wow! Didn't expect that. They truly care about their customers. I don't expect this type of service every time - but it sure is nice to know that in a pinch they pull for their customers and understand the situation. Thank you so much!

    I have years of great service with this pharmacy! Since I have illnesses that require many different medications, the pharmacist does his best to make sure they keep them all stocked so they can be filled on time! I am so pleased with the staff and their service; they have been absolutely wonderful to me. I definitely recommend them to everyone! 😊
