Super rude, hangs up the phone- almost like she doesn't care to do the job that she's hired to do. Hate that for her. I'll update with a name when I go in.

- SWShirley WilliamsJul 27, 20205.0I used to shop at CVS and Walgreen's but got so much hassle. Especially the pharmacist at CVS who always made me feel like I was trying to steal something. He would grill me about why I was taking a certain medication. I referred his clinical questions to the medical staff at my doctors office about my maintenance medication. But his harassment continued so I switched to Walgreen's. I hate using the race card but.... Walgreens never had my medicine in stock and there were always delays. I finally switched to Fry's after the pharmacy tech gave me incorrect information about prior auths. She had no clue what she was talking about and actually lied when I called her out on her errors. Since I've switched to Fry's Pharmacy on 67th and Bethany Home I have not had one issue! This pharmacy is the best. I never have to call and ask for my refills. They text me early in the morning shortly after they open letting me know my medicine is ready for pick up. That's great customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
