Please tell me how I’m in the wrong for just trying to get my prescription from the same location, the same location, that I’ve been returning to for a whole year. I’ve been using frys pharmacy since I was fricking born. So go ahead and tell me how you’ve been working for frys for 13 years but obviously can’t download my profile and remember to save it so I could just use your online and not be yelled at over the phone by a “expert”. Essential doesn’t mean coming with an essential attitude.
