  Couldn't access appointment. Their system is not good. So I went to Safeway. Didn't have an appointment, but no one snapped at me to say, "Book your appointment online!" Yes, she snapped!! Rude person. Same happened to Hubby! He went to Walgreens.

  Watch out. Fry's pharmacy has changed its pricing. They have dropped GoodRX & increased prices for the same drugs. The friendly, competent, well educated service is disappearing. And some of the pharmacists (one in particular) seems overwhelmed, overworked & is just miserable. She goes out of her way to give you the hard way to go: like instantly rejecting prescriptions without alerting you and lying about contacting the doctor's office; she gets irritated when asked questions, even simple one (seems like she just doesn't have the knowledge to answer them - scarry); and she charges the highest prices listed on the screen and lacks to acknowledge the lower prices & discounts available like Visory & Frys Single Care programs which are offered to replaced GoodRx - so ask about them. But if you can, I recommend going somewhere else. There's only one good Pharmacist here now and the other one really tries to shaft you. Old Review (prior to 6/2022)I'm so thankful for all of the employees here at Frys Pharmacy at 67th & Happy Valley. It's a great place and a great addition to my care team. They monitor my medications and make sure I'm safe and have everything I need. They are compassionate & truly care. I wish I could remember everyone's name to thank. Mary is the pharmacist there who really knows her chemistry and physiology and how it all applies to the body. They take their time to talk to me and call me at home when needed. I feel very safe and well taken care of here. Thank you!
