My girlfriend goes here 3 times a week for dialysis and depending on who she gets determines whether or not she gets a proper treatment or decent care. There are a couple good techs that we hope and pray she gets on her treatment days. Stewie, Noei, and Cherry are amazing and tend to her needs and check the machine as they should during the treatment. I cannot say enough good things about these three they have gone above and beyond for her and I truly appreciate that. On the other hand, Robert has no business being in the healthcare field whatsoever. I have personally witnessed Robert laughing at patients in pain that are yelling or moaning. Her mother has also noticed him talking in Tagalog with other nurses and techs which is very unprofessional along with numerous other extremely unprofessional incidents. I have seen them ignore the warning lights and alerts the machine gives when something isn't right. They just come hit clear so it stops beeping and do very little to find the cause or figure out why it isn't functioning properly. There have been several times a tech has missed the graft or pokes completely through it, or in Roberts case carelessly rips out the needles when the treatment is over. This is not just one incident this has happened numerous times. I have personally spoke with Monica which is the woman who is supposed to run the place about these issues and she reassured me they would be addressed and that she would personally come check on her the days she is there and available. I do not expect this but she offered, although this happened maybe once or twice and now she is nowhere to be found. Its gotten to the point where her mother had to learn how to properly read and run the machine and now has to take off work and go in with her to ensure she gets a proper treatment. The most concerning part is that they have let her drive away during an episode where her blood pressure was completely unstable, she was hypoxic, and completely out of it. She didn't even remember driving home or how to unlock her front door and get into the house. She was so confused that she forgot to take her meds and was stuck outside in the heat for 30 mins before she was finally able to get through the back door. That is so very dangerous and could have cost her her life. Your life is in these people hands and from what I've witnessed most of these people could care less and you are just a number to them. Hopefully this review will bring change and get the people that don't actually want to help or be there out.
