I won’t go into details of what occurred but I will say that after being involved with this clinic for the past three years, I am convinced they don’t really care about their patients. All they are concerned with is staying on schedule, leaving on time, and the bottom line. Even if it means cutting short the much needed dialysis treatment of a patient in order to “stay on schedule “. How is that providing excellent, even adequate patient care? I’m so disappointed with this clinic and it’s management. It’s sad that patients who aren’t able to advocate for themselves are at risk of receiving this poor standard of care. Being on dialysis is one of the hardest things any person goes through in their life, and to be treated like a number with such a lack of regard and compassion is heartbreaking.
