I called today to see if I could get a replacement since all the scans were done and all I needed was another duplicate piece of plastic in case I lose this one. I was told it would be another $175 for the replacement. Sounds unfair, any chance to reduce that fee? You're dental practice is awesome so I'm not going to give this a negative review.
