Walked in here the other night, about 1.5 hours before close, and watched an older lady aimlessly fiddle around with random stuff in one of the exam rooms for about 3-4 minutes before clearing my throat and saying "excuse me?" She came out in a little bit of a huff, and very curtly asked if I had an appointment. I did not have one, and her response was "well we're booked up for the rest of the night." I looked around with a surprised look, smartmouth that I am, and said "Yes, I can see that. Absolutely slammed." (There was nobody in the vicinity.) My partner and I left regardless, and just for laughs, tried to set up an appointment online for that same night. Based on what I could've picked if I wanted to deal with that person further/again, I don't think they had even one appointment scheduled. The availability to select from was wildly open. On an unrelated note, as someone who works with both appointments and walk-ins in another field, her handling of the appointments issue and someone being a walk-in was pretty atrocious. If she's reading this, I would ask her to consider the following: Maybe a customer facing job isn't for you?

Made an appointment in the middle of the night while my daughter was up with ear pain. Pre-checked in online and when we showed up we’re taken to an exam room right away. The ladies at the front were friendly and helpful. Brianna had great bedside manner with my daughter which I really appreciated. Doctor was fast and quickly wrote a prescription which was ready at the pharmacy next door in less than 5 min. I’ve never had service so fast and was really impressed. They have even called a few days later to check in and see how my daughter was feeling. We will continue to use this clinic even if it is a bit of a drive for us.

Takes 45 minutes for them to get you in so you feel sick while waiting in their “lobby”. Workers aren’t helpful at all. It isn’t even busy they are just somehow behind. Also, don’t bother scheduling online because they prioritize walk in people instead of people who paid for an appointment. Cmon.

If you do not feel well, do not waste time going there.I spent 30 minutes there just answering questions. There are nurses who uses Google to search for medication and diagnosis. They prescribed me medication and told me to call if they do not help, so they can give me antibiotics. I called next day and the receptionist told me they can’t give antibiotics because my medication is for 3 days. I have to finish that first. She also gave me an advise that you feel worse before you feel better. It is hilarious. You pay a co-pay like you are seeing a doctor. Maybe they are good for something else but not diagnosing your health issues.

I have gone two times now to the clinic and haven't been able to be seen. First time the hours online are posted wring and they close an hour earlier and start later so don't trust anything related to times. Second I went in to be seen today and the girl at the front desk told me they are only doing vaccines now and the doctor won't see me. I guess the vaccines must pay more and that is all they care about. If that is all they do they should update their listing and I formation online and state such. Won't ever go back there or any other fry clinics in the future.
