- TWTrish WirthFeb 4, 20263.0Usually this specific pharmacy is amazing! I reside in Chandler and work in North Phoenix, but do not want to change pharmacies unless I absolutely have to. My electronic script was submitted about 5am. It has been showing pending all day. I called upon leaving work and was informed they would not get to it until 5:30pm. I even informed the person on the other line where I was coming from and that I would need to wait. I have been a Pharmacy Technician for almost two decades and know that patients physically waiting are more of a STAT priority. I understand that they may be down a person and am well aware of what it takes to complete the task of filling scripts. Many days I do not take lunch or breaks because the patient always comes first. I believe the time has come to transfer out my script. Management needs to hire more staff or ensure that workflow priority is being followed properly.
