I arrived 8 minutes late due to traffic and I understand there is a strict 15 minute window. I was rudely talked to by the front office staff who told me they learned that morning my insurance was new and they gave me a 5 minute time crunch to find it (instead of letting me know ahead of time so i could have looked in the morning) before cancelling my appointment. When I said I would find a location closer to my house since I drove 45 minutes to get there the front desk lady laughed and acted as if she had done a good job getting another patient out the door. Awful front staff demeanor. RUDE. I wish I knew her name because one has always been sweet but this other girl is RUDE and for her behavior I wont be back. I will tell this every time you keep calling to reschedule.

Dr Goldfarb and his assistant Nowa were great! They made sure I was numbed up and didn’t feel a thing during the surgery on my gums. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

This was my third visit, and the experience was bad enough that I walked out of the appointment.
The dentist was rude and condescending every time I saw him. On my first visit, he made unnecessary comments about my age and brushing habits. On this visit, he refused to do two caps because he didn't want to numb both sides, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I can tolerate some disorganization, but this office felt completely unprepared. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the lack of coordination made the appointment uncomfortable and frustrating.
As I walked out, the dentist actually laughed, which was the final straw. I've never felt so disrespected in a medical setting. I won't be returning and would not recommend this office.
