  Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any GNC EVER!!!! Not only was Vivian not dressed like someone that represents their company, brand her attitude reflected a poor excuse for a customer service representative. Including not greeting a potential customer upon entry, being completely not engaged in the activity of customer service, lying about store transaction policy, and when asked for her name for a store review she declined which is understandable but forgot her name is also printed on the receipt after a purchase. Will NOT shop here again and hopefully Vivian can have a more favorable day and be able to display great customer service.
