  If it were possible, I would give it fewer stars. The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. I have seen them berate and be disrespectful to other patients numerous times. They treat people so poorly and could not care less. Review after review on here confirms that and it's time for management to step in and make some significant changes. They take FOREVER to fill any prescriptions, and they are rarely ready at the estimated time. However, the much larger issue though is the unprofessional and rude staff. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this pharmacy.

  Great improvement in this pharmacy in the last year!! I first tried to use this pharmacy when it opened 18 months ago I did not have a good experience. Since they changed pharmacists and hired additional staff I have come back to them and have been very pleased. Especially since this is where I like to grocery shop. They are awesome!!

  The only reason I'm giving this pharmacy '1 star' is because I get a discount from them (Thanks GOODRX). One of the main jobs is ensuring that you fill your patients' meds and supplies correctly. This is the third time that something got filled incorrectly. I should not have to check my supplies at pick up time because I put my trust in the people that work there to do things correctly. I had an issue with medical supplies, needles. My doctor's prescription specifically states "1.5 inch needles". When I got home, I looked at my needles and realized that they supplied me with only 6 correct sizes and the rest (24 needles) with 1 inch needles. I called the pharmacy and explained that they gave me the wrong needles. The lady on the phone told me "We only fill what the doctor prescribed". So, if they did, how come I have 24 wrong size needles? She had nothing to say and said I could go back and exchange them for the right size. This location is 20 minutes from my house. Gas is expensive right now and obviously makes this mistake even more costly. God forbid you actually needed some sort of life-dependent medication filled and they mess it up. Won't be using this pharmacy anymore despite the discounts.

  Literally the worst pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5 min to the Walmart pharmacy. Walmart doesn’t have a drive thru, but fry’s never opens theirs anyway so it’s not a loss. I called Walmart and the pharmacist there said she was just talking to another person who was having problems with fry’s. And before that I spoke to Walgreens and they said it might take time to transfer because fry’s is “notorious for not answering their phones”. Even other pharmacies hate fry’s pharmacy! Just don’t waste your time, you’re gonna have to walk inside every time and wait in a long line just to talk to a pharmacist that’s having a miserable time

  The pharmacy has some new faces and new management. I know their understaffed but that's not the current employee's fault. No one wants to hire on anywhere! A little patience from us makes their day better. Things are looking up over there. Drive thru is open! Seriously, a great store.
