- KKkellorooneyMay 3, 20221.0The only reason I'm giving this pharmacy '1 star' is because I get a discount from them (Thanks GOODRX). One of the main jobs is ensuring that you fill your patients' meds and supplies correctly. This is the third time that something got filled incorrectly. I should not have to check my supplies at pick up time because I put my trust in the people that work there to do things correctly. I had an issue with medical supplies, needles. My doctor's prescription specifically states "1.5 inch needles". When I got home, I looked at my needles and realized that they supplied me with only 6 correct sizes and the rest (24 needles) with 1 inch needles. I called the pharmacy and explained that they gave me the wrong needles. The lady on the phone told me "We only fill what the doctor prescribed". So, if they did, how come I have 24 wrong size needles? She had nothing to say and said I could go back and exchange them for the right size. This location is 20 minutes from my house. Gas is expensive right now and obviously makes this mistake even more costly. God forbid you actually needed some sort of life-dependent medication filled and they mess it up. Won't be using this pharmacy anymore despite the discounts.
