After waiting for 20 min, on time for my appt, I get up to the window to have the guy tell me they’re understaffed and asked ‘do I really need it’? If I did, 30min or more wait time. Unacceptable. I made an appointment; that’s a commitment. Not sure why a reputable business even bothers if this is the way they treat customers. Going somewhere else. Never again.
