- CSChris SandumDec 19, 20254.0These guys have always been good to me. Every once in awhile a relationship goes through a hiccup. I have prescription that’s usually $10 with my insurance! In October I was billed $65 for it. I was confused but was told by the tech they weren’t sure and I needed to talk to my provider. I get this rx every two months so I got complacent. I went back today and again….$65 bucks. The tech told me, “No, that’s right, you paid that last time.” It was the same tech… an I was really confused… I came home and saw it was billed to “single care” I called and spoke to an experienced tech I know. He said, “ usually we bill to single care when someone’s insurance doesn’t cover because they need prescription.” So after paying 5x’s the cost 2 months ago, then paying again, the more experienced tech says, “you need a prior authorization.” That info could have been helpful to me the first time; it would have flagged me. Pharmacies usually tell you, “You need a prior authorization.” Knowledge of that before you pay is good. It’s called informed consent. I would have paid regardless but knowledge is good. Even better 2 months ago! That being said! I have been new, I’ve been unsure and I’ve messed stuff up. I have cost people time and money. I have always made it right to the best of my ability. You’re a good pharmacy and crew overall! I express that every time I come in because I work in healthcare and have to be customer oriented. I’m cranky over 2 trips, no answers and $110 bucks. I should be.

I've spoken with both of them many times and they've always been so helpful and easy to talk to. I never feel as if I'm bothering them. If Drs. need to be called, they are on top of it. They truly care! And, how great they both work at Williams Field and Recker (Cooley Station). Many times in the past few years, my husband and I have had to transfer prescriptions here due to a shortage at the pharmacy we typically use. Every time we came away very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency. We decided to transfer all of our prescriptions to this store. It is a little further drive than the other pharmacy, but it is well worth it. The technicians Robert, Tonny, Jessica, Kate, Adrian have ALWAYS treated us promptly and with a smile. I'm sure I've left someone out, sorry! My husband and I have lived in Gilbert, AZ well over 20 years and this really is the only pharmacy we've used where everyone has treated us respectfully and we drive home smiling!
