All the comments are true, most of the pharmacists doesn’t feel like they know their stuff, they just make up some excuses, one time they even said that my prescription were stopped manufacturing, once I confronted about that, they changed topic and fighting that we will close in 10 mins, you want to argue or get your medication ordered. Another time they said a different copay than what I usually get, then once I argued and made them check previous medications, they charged a different copay. Every time there is some kind of trouble, asking the management to hire professionally knowledgeable and a polite person please. This is not a department to make mistakes and half baked informations, it’s health related, please do the due diligence.
- SSSamuelMay 31, 20195.0About 6 months ago I would say this pharmacy was just as bad as every other pharmacy, BUT now it has become my favorite, because of the staff. I'm not sure what changed, but I have received wonderful service from multiple different pharmacists at this location. Consistently. One man in particular is very personable and doesn't treat me judgingly after filling my ADHD medication. It is nice not walking away feeling shame. Anyone who speaks with me over the phone will make sure to try to help in any way they can. I have been extremely pleased with all of my interactions at this location.
