He truly cared and learned about me in my hearing loss and then spelled out my options. He thoroughly explained all the different models and their features. Juan was very helpful as well. Both are very pleasant

- RKRohan KhanzadaJan 23, 20261.0I do not recommend this place. Poor communication, no hearing test, no clear plan, and I was sent home still unable to hear. Very disappointing experience 0 Star. I went in for an ear checkup with Don Cochran and wax removal. The doctor said there was wax and explained that he couldn’t see the eardrum because of it. He attempted flushing many times but was unable to remove the wax. After that, I was told to try flushing it myself at home. There was no ear hearing test, no discussion of other possible causes, and no explanation of alternative treatment options or next steps. I left without much reassurance or guidance about my condition. I understand wax removal can be difficult, but I expected clearer communication and a more thorough evaluation from a specialist visit.
