Core Body Pilates

We are a reformer pilates studio that uses Balance Body Allegra 2 reformers, towers, and accessories such as the chair, the box, jump board and slide board. We have several different classes that are created to utilize this equipment in different ways to lengthen, strengthen and to create mobility for our clients! Our instructors have the creative freedom to give our clients unique and individual styled classes. We do however, focus on creating our classes around the Pilates fundamentals, we just amp up our workouts to meet the demand our clients have for an athletic, contemporary approach with reformer pilates!
