My conversations with Jasmine and Cindi have been very professional and comforting to know the team truly cares about me as a client. My caregiver, Natasha, has gone above and beyond helping me recovery from foot surgery. Making meals, light cleaning, changing sheets, taking me to Dr appt and even taking me to Starbucks for a coffee at my request. She is a very pleasant woman, kind, caring and compassionate. She even sits and takes time to talk to me and keep me company as I recovery. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. We focus on safety, building relationships, Alzheimer's & Dementia, personal care and much more. We also have a local skills lab where care professionals can be trained on new techniques or brush up on existing skills with our team. Lastly, ongoing education is an important measure of quality. Our care professionals receive ongoing training through on-the-job training and classroom education related to specific diseases and topics impacting aging adults.
