    The staff here really looks like they hate their job. I'm changing where I get my prescriptions because of them. Rude and they just don't care.

    Had the worst experience ever in my life with both the pharmacist and employee at the Fort Mohave location. Waited in drive thru 35 min igonored and then the unfriendly employee came to the window and said there was insurance issues and she couldn't fill. I asked to just pay full price. She said they were too busy to work on the RX. I went inside and there was NO One in line.

    While they can be very helpful and polite, they can also be very rude; especially the one lady. You ask a question and get a sarcastic, b¡tchy response. Highly unprofessional and unnecessary.

    My pharmacy i use ran out of my medication so I called Smiths to see if they carried it to move my prescription there and because its a controlled substance they said they can't tell me so now I have no way of knowing unless I drive there which I can't. No other pharmacy did that. Dont understand how that hurts anyone just to get information about it in person or not. It's not like you are giving it to me its ridiculous. Obviously will not ever use it or recommend anyone else to. Tx for nothing
