- KLKevin LewisFeb 19, 20261.0This has to be the worst pharmacy anywhere. I go in with a GoodRX GoldCupon that GoodRX sent me for Safeway Pharmacy for the prescription I was there to pick up. Lady argued with me that there was no coupon for that prescription and that my GoodRX Gold account did not exist. It does and I literally had the coupon on the app from GoodRX. This is about the 3rd time they have tried this. Finally the Pharmacist came over and found the coupon and my account. But not until I told them to cancel the order and I would go somewhere else. Just to be clear this was a $ 20.00 discount they tried to not honor. But this is the last time I use Safeway. Fry's is just up the road and they don't seem to have a problem finding the GoodRX account and the generally have the discount coupon from GoodRX applied with out me telling them. Sorry Safeway but between bad service at the Pharmacy, people working in the store and the bad gas I got and Safeway refusing to pay for the repairs I will not shop at Safeway or Albertsons ever again.

Try to call for prescription status, the phone will ring 8 times then go to voice mail stating mailbox is full hang up and immediately redail it repeats itself, hang up and repeat, you the the same results, I have performed this process 10 times in a row and always get the same results, one would think that at some point someone would answer even if it meant that would ask that you please hold but that never happens. The manager needs to address this situation.
